We want to praise God for His awesome presence at our first Divine Encounter weekend!  We had about 75 Christian Lifer’s attend, including a terrific staff of about 15 who did an outstanding job with registration, keeping us well fed, and leading small groups.  Aside from watching God at work, we have read through the evaluations and discovered that the Lord met and exceeded our expectations.  Many were healed of deep wounds and set free from fear, rejection, and various long-time struggles.  The Lord also met with us powerfully in the altar during the session on the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and gloriously filled many, but refreshed us all!  The fellowship was sweet and we watched the unity of the body go to a new level.  To sum it up, we all found a new level of freedom, we were filled to overflowing with power and joy, and then we brought the night to a close with a fresh revelation of our purpose and destiny to move mountains so that others may also find Christ and receive healing and freedom just like we did.  We want to take the gift of God’s outpouring this weekend and pay it forward as we now prepare for our next Divine Encounter weekend in January, 2009; which will be open to the public.  We hope that those of you who were inspired by this weekend’s retreat will come and help us with our next retreat and that those of you who were not able to be with us will sign up and see for yourself what makes this weekend so special.  It begins and ends with Him!
